A Message From Dr. Norman Bakshandeh Day

As we are all trying to navigate through these extremely challenging times,  we hope that you and your loved ones continue to stay safe. An important thing to remember is that we are all in this together, sharing the same concerns while having hopes and dreams for the future.
In order to consider your safety and to adhere to the directives of the CDC and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, our office will be closed for the next two weeks. I will reevaluate reopening at that time with your health and safety as my main priority. I will stay in touch with you about that.
During this time, I will be available between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm EST for FaceTime consultations, Zoom meetings and Telemedicine. Please email me at normanbdaymd@gmail.com or call either our Brooklyn office (718) 246-0130 or Manhattan office (212) 289-9191 to make an appointment. We will then proceed with scheduling either a video conference via FaceTime or a telephone conference with a photo that you can email me.
I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions about teleconferencing or facetime consultations, please call or email me using the contact info above.
In the meantime, I will be sharing information and content that I hope you will find interesting and informative in my social media platforms.
Please stay safe, be careful and take good care of yourself.

COVID-19 Update From Dr. Norman Bakshandeh Day

I hope that you and your families are all doing well during this extremely difficult time. I am thinking of you and want you to know that your health and welfare is always my number one priority.
Please know that we are taking all steps necessary for increased sanitization in my offices to ensure your safety. For now, the office is open but with limited office hours. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me or email me at Normanbdaymd@gmail.com.
As you are, we are taking this day by day and following the CDC guidelines. Please feel free to call my Brooklyn or Manhattan office if you would like further information about the office hours or any plastic surgery inquiries. I would be more than happy to speak with you.
While I would love to see you in my office, I know that this is a time where we need to stay in as much as possible. It is my greatest hope that we will all be healthy, stronger and able to resume our normal lives in the very near future. In the meantime, please stay safe and practice all of the good hygiene measures that we are being instructed to do. As this is such a stressful time, I hope that you can find some solace in an area that gives you some peace such as meditation, getting some fresh air and enjoying some family bonding time (even though I know that is sometimes a challenge!).
On a personal note, I was quite shocked last night when my son (who is reluctantly home for the year from college) asked me to show him how I bake the white chocolate chip cranberry oatmeal cookies that I regularly send him to school. It was a bit messy, but we had a good time and for a brief moment – things seemed strangely normal. Please take good care, keep in touch and I look forward to seeing you soon.
